Terms & Conditions
BAIBAI Beach Resort, operated by Baibai Longbeach Inn · Purok Damayan, Brgy. New Agutaya, San Vicente, Palawan, Philippines · Effective date: 18 October 2026
1. Scope and Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern direct accommodation reservations with BAIBAI Beach Resort and the use of our official website and connected booking engine. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge the booking terms displayed before payment. Where specific package conditions differ, the conditions disclosed and accepted for that booking apply, subject to applicable law.
2. Reservations and Confirmations
Room types, dates, guest counts, inclusions, taxes, additional fees, and total charges are disclosed in the booking process before final confirmation. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation through the resort or booking platform. Guests must provide accurate contact and reservation information.
3. Rates and Payments
Rates are charged in the currency and amount shown at checkout, subject to any currency conversion or fees applied by the guest's bank or card issuer. The payment amount, deposit terms, and accepted payment methods are displayed before payment. Where enabled, secure online payment is facilitated through the Cloudbeds booking engine and Xendit payment services. BAIBAI Beach Resort does not ask guests to send their full payment card number or CVV by ordinary email or messaging.
4. Cancellation, No-Show and Refunds
For eligible standard direct bookings, guests may cancel without an accommodation cancellation charge at least seven (7) calendar days before check-in, by 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8). Cancellations after this deadline and no-shows may incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation rate, capped at the accommodation total. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and in the cancellation terms displayed for your rate plan. The resort will not retroactively change booking conditions already accepted.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 NN (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and any disclosed additional charges. Identification and registration requirements may apply under relevant laws and reasonable accommodation procedures.
6. Occupancy, Children and Extra Beds
Maximum occupancy and fees for additional adults, children, or beds depend on the selected accommodation and confirmed booking terms. Guests should disclose their party size before arrival. Additional guests beyond the booked occupancy are subject to approval, availability, and disclosed charges.
7. Guest Conduct and Resort Property
Guests are expected to treat staff, other guests, the environment, and resort facilities with respect and to observe clearly communicated safety and house rules. The resort may seek compensation for properly documented loss or damage attributable to a guest, subject to applicable law. Guests should follow posted swimming and beach safety guidance and report hazards to resort staff.
8. Services and Third Parties
Breakfast, transfers, dining, tours, and other services are included only when stated in the booking confirmation. Optional add-ons and third-party services may have separate prices, conditions, or operators, which will be disclosed where applicable.
9. Booking Changes and Service Disruption
Guests may request changes to dates or guest information, subject to availability, price differences, and agreed conditions. In the event of severe weather, operational disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances, BAIBAI Beach Resort will explain available alternatives and honor guest remedies required under applicable law.
10. Privacy and Security
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed through authorized service providers where applicable. Guests should verify that any payment request comes from BAIBAI Beach Resort's official channels or an authorized checkout provider.
11. Complaints and Applicable Law
Guests may contact the resort regarding bookings, billing, or service concerns using the contact details below. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable consumer protections.
12. Updates to These Terms
BAIBAI Beach Resort may update these terms prospectively. New terms apply from their stated effective date and will not override already-confirmed reservation terms without a lawful basis or the guest's agreement.
