House Rules
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise and music at a considerate level.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villas. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas.
- Please maintain the cleanliness of your villa. Daily housekeeping is available per the resort's schedule.
- Handle all furniture, linens, towels, and appliances with care. Do not move indoor items to the beach. Guests may be charged for damage or missing items.
- Cooking inside villas is prohibited unless the villa has a designated kitchen facility. Restaurant services are available at APLAYA Resto Bar.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must register with reception. Additional overnight guests are subject to occupancy limits and applicable charges.
- Swimming is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Avoid swimming during rough weather, strong currents, or after dark.
- Help protect Long Beach — avoid littering, conserve electricity and water, and turn off appliances when leaving the villa.
- Keep valuables secure and lock doors and windows when unattended. Report lost items or security concerns to reception immediately.
- Prohibited: illegal drugs, dangerous behavior, open flames, fireworks, unauthorized parties, and any activity that damages property or disturbs other guests.
- Pets are allowed only with prior management approval and subject to applicable pet policies. Guests are responsible for their pets.
- Report accidents, damages, or emergencies immediately to resort personnel and follow staff instructions.
- Treat fellow guests, staff, and the local community with courtesy and respect. Harassment or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

BAIBAI Beach Resort is located on Long Beach in San Vicente, Palawan — one of the Philippines' most pristine and unspoiled coastlines. Accessible by boat from San Vicente town proper.
From San Vicente town proper, take a boat to Long Beach (approx. 15–20 minutes). Our team can arrange transfers — just contact us when booking.

We stayed at Bai Bai Hotel for part of our honeymoon and had such a wonderful time there! The staff were all so kind and attentive, especially Dave. The food at the restaurant was also amazing — everything we tried was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable! We stayed in a sea-view room, and the location was perfect. We really got to slow down, relax, and simply enjoy the beauty of this place. 💙 We would happily stay here again!

We've been to Aplaya BaiBai several times, and we still never get tired of coming back because we absolutely love the food! The place has an amazing location, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Long Beach. The staff are always very friendly, warm, and attentive, especially Abel, Dave, and Bheng. Aplaya BaiBai is definitely one of our favorite places! ❤️
